Training savings of 20% realized for new and transferred employees using the JDE Training and Integrated Process tool sets.

Contracted by CFO to assist in the stabilization and optimization of a troubled JD Edwards ERP implementation or manufacturer of parking industry systems, services, and aftermarket support. Client was looking at several million $asset impairment write off.

Documented current state processes, stabilized major issues, established controls, and integrity testing. The audit findings and remediation options were presented to the client which led to the decision for a partial rationalized reimplementation.
