I am a versatile educationist with twenty years experience of teaching Mathematics in boarding and day schools in Mussoorie and Dehradun in ICSE and CBSE affiliated schools, four years experience as a House Master and seven years as a Principal in CBSE affiliated 10+2 schools. As a Head of the school, I have experience of managing around 70 teaching staff, 30 non-teaching staff and around one thousand three hundred students from pre-primary to 12th grade. I have been a dynamic professional focusing on academic excellence, discipline and profitable budgeting without losing the safety and healthy environment of institute. My greatest strengths are my logical and critical thinking, ability to solve the problem quickly, efficiently using excellent communication skills, management ability equipped with leadership qualities.
