I am a nineteen-year-old male born February 15, 2002. I graduated from James Hubert Blake High School located in Silver Spring MD in June 2020. As a percussionist for the last 4 yrs., I play the drums and several other percussion instruments. As a percussionist, I performed in both the Blake High School Marching Band and the Blake Concert Band. Prior to learning the drums, I played the Bass Saxophone.

I was a member of the Men’s Rite of Passage (MROP) located at The People’s Community Baptist Church for the last three years. During the last five summers, I have also participated in many leadership camps and events including The Game Changer Conference, a Young Males Leadership event sponsored by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and several other sponsors.

My hobbies include playing basketball, computer gaming and bicycling. I have experience in Karate and I consider myself as an excellent Gamer. I am very knowledgeable in Computer editing and creating videos. My goal is to build my personal computer and to create new computer games.

As a student at James Hubert Blake High, I enrolled in several Honors and AP classes. I was accepted and attended the 2020 Fall semester at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. I have a strong desire to work as a Video Editor. I have performed many tasks using my skills as an amateur Video Editor.

I acquired my previous Cashier position at the Safeway Grocery Store in Kensington MD. As a cashier, my duties included welcoming customers, providing excellent customer service, and processing and collecting payments in the forms of cash, credit cards, and checks. It was also my responsibility to check cash drawers and perform price checks.
