Monitor the performance of both shifts and implement actions to address shortfalls

Evaluate causes of bottle necks and where time is wasted in the production preparation and implement corrective measures

Ensure all customer requirements are met and any alterations to lead times must be communicated

Liaise with maintenance department for repairs and planned maintenances to all machines

Mentor all production personnel to ensure targets are reached. Identify training requirements and make necessary arrangements to address the needs
