Description of maintenance:

Handled White liquor plant area at Causticizer production line with capacity 2600m TPD the main supplier for the project TNPL Unit-II(a company of ANDRITZ Technologies PVT. LTD.) and this project is Recausticizer,we work in erection material handling equipment for raw material and product, WLF, DF,LMD Filter, Booster compressor, Filtration compressor, pumps,dust extraction system. Planning for the project and putting schedule for the execution of the project. Following the erection of the projects with our erection technical team cooperator in commission of the project. Roles:

Responsible for project estimates procurement of materials.

Material take-off and work scheduling.

Planning of day activities and supervision.

Coordinator engineer for the project with Clint and contractors.

Job Planning, Execution, Documentations.

Manpower planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and controls.

This High angle conveyors area at sinter plant-1 I was involved for Coke track,sinter track, coke fines and sinter fines conveyors maintenance involved for following the conveyor tracks maintenance with our technical team cooperation of the maintenance and operation and housekeeping. Roles:

Job Planning, Execution, Documentations.

Manpower planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and controls

Responsibility of regular inspection and maintenance of Conveyors and equipment’s of certain areas.

Planning of all shutdown & break down jobs of certain areas.

Responsible for work and time study so as to maintain smooth functioning of project plan Controlling the machinery and equipment’s at the site as per site requirement and priority.

To issue the required spares from store through system & monitoring the required stock for future.

Project 3 : REFINARY AREA (Precipitation/seed preparation & Work shop area)

Client : Uthkal Alumina International (Aditya Birla group)

Description of maintenance:

This refinery area I was involved for Precipitation /seed preparation and work shop areas maintenance involved for agitators, pumps vibrating mill, vacuum pumps, Air blower and drum slaker following the equipment’s maintenance with our technical team cooperation of the maintenance. Roles:

Responsibility of regular maintenance of static & rotary equipment’s of certain areas.

Description of Project:

Handled lime kiln production line with capacity 300TPD the main supplier for the project JKPM(a company of ENMAS Group) and this project is RLK,we work in erection and commissioning of material handling equipment for raw material and product, Support rollers, Kiln Shells, ID Fan,PA Fan, Kiln Burner vibrating feeder, crushers, conveyors, pumps,firing system dust extraction system. Planning for the project and putting schedule for the execution of the project. Following the erection of the projects with our erection technical team cooperator in commission of the project.

Roles:

Responsible for project estimates procurement of materials.

Material take-off and work scheduling.

Planning of day activities and supervision.

Implementation and fabrication.

Project 5 : GEOM_FU_HOUSING. :

Description of Project:

This project is all about creating 3D block topology, meshing and making changes in the Geometry as per the requirements and based on the engineering judgment. Creating block typologies in interaction with the geometry is one of the major tasks in the project. The block topology may be further refined through splitting of edges, faces and blocks. The other activities in the project include using the tools for adjusting the block vertices individually or in groups on to associated curves or surfaces and there by capturing important geometric features in the mesh. Roles:

Navigating within the Graphical user interface

Importing geometries from iges format to ICEM geometry format.

Modifying geometries to make them feasible for CFD meshing.

Working with the core development team on meshing and edit mesh modules of ICEMCFD and AI*Environment.

Developed enhancements for unstructured quadrilateral and Hexa Mesh.

Creation of O-Grids for unstructured surface meshes. (ICEMCFD/ANSYS)

Project 6 : ENVO_INDIA:

Client : ASO France

Description of Project:

Most part of the project is about making changes in different geometries and parts like ribs, panels etc., Understanding the geometry of 3D honeycomb parts like panels and 2D parts like ribs and making necessary changes is one of the major tasks in the project.

Role:

Navigating within the Graphical user interface

Importing CAD models and Creating/manipulating geometry

Analysis of fire scenarios in aircraft cargo compartments

Creation of O-Grids for unstructured surface meshes. (ICEMCFD/ANSYS)

Hexa meshing from original CAD and/or existing surface mesh.

Project 7 : ANTENNA_V1:

Tools used : ICEM Hexa

Description of Project:

Most part of this project is about working on imperfections such as gaps, overlaps, holes.

ICEM CFD Tetra works directly from the CAD surfaces and fills the volume with tetrahedral elements using the Octree approach. Prescribed curves and points can define positions of edges and vertices..

Meshing techniques for complex geometries are dealt.

Typically geared towards pre-processing for CFD applications. Roles:
