Manage the start-up, forecast/demand to capacity modeling, capital budgeting, equipment installation/qualification, silicon/spares/material control, Vendor Managed Inventory program management, site goal setting and gap analysis, cost reduction programs, inventory turns, and cycle time reduction.

Coordinated a $78.0M capital program from forecast analysis through procurement, delivery, installation, and qualification.

Improved inventory turns from 9.5 to 17.5 in 12 months by implementing Just In Time II silicon, consumables, and spares.

Developed transition from spreadsheet planning to AutoMod capacity and dispatch forecasting with 97% accuracy.

Developed the site contribution for the ST/HP Partnership with monthly meetings. Communicated detailed process maps for each technology for the entire supply chain, developed Disaster Recovery Plans, and cut the lead-time from 96 days to 56 days for the macro process.
