In the year 2019 I volunteered for 6 months in an organization known as PEN Youth as a youth leader. The organization’s main aim is to teach children and teenagers of different race and gender about the word of God and how they can draw near to Him. We also teach young people about the outside world and to tackle challenges such as peer pressure. Not only have I engaged with them on a spiritual level but also on a personal level, encouraging them to be responsible individuals but to also make mistakes because growth comes from failure.
