•Packages and label Compounding Sterile Preparations (CSPs) as needed.

•Prepare & organize all the documents for the drug packet files including:

- Creating the IDRF(Investigation Drug Receipt Form)

- Creating Drug Inventory form for reconciliation on the drugs delivered to the clinic for using & returning in the studies.

- Creating Clinical Transfer logs for the reconciliation of the of drugs delivered to the clinic.

- Maintain good GDP on the documents between clinic and pharmacy per SOP & Protocol.

- Prepare the dosages for the subjects in the studies by creating labels on the doses for each subject participate in the studies follow by the guidelines of the SOPs and the Protocols.

- Maintain the organizations of Prep pharmacy & Retention pharmacy.
