• Processes, files, and obtain all necessary information and documentation for underwriting. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining proof of income, verifying applicant’s employment, obtaining credit bureau reports, and other documentation as necessary to have a complete file for underwriting review thru Encompass loan systems.

• Review residential loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including the type of mtg; cash/out refi, purchases and refinance on investment and primary properties.
