• Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.

• Eliminate outdated or unnecessary materials, destroying them or transferring them to inactive storage, according to file maintenance guidelines or legal requirements.
• Operate mechanized files that rotate to bring needed records to a particular location.
