ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling the structural and finishing works of the buildings.

Plan and execute the works as per design & drawing.

Coordinating with MEP to get the work done.

Coordinating with the Architectural department for raising the RFI, FCR, Revising the shop drawings etc. to get the work done.

Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet the integrated schedule.

Reviewing all the IFC and shop drawings before issuing to the site team.

Monitoring, Supervising, guiding and pushing the entire site works by giving the instructions to Site Engineer, General Foreman and Foreman’s to get the work done as per the planned schedule.

Explaining all the procedures of works to the Site Engineer, General Foreman and Foreman’s regarding the drawings, sequence of works, quality, approved materials etc.

Arranging all the site requirements and resources to get the work done.

Enforcing and monitoring safety regulations with Employees at all levels.

Assist in the quality and safety walk down.

Following up with all the submittals such as Shop drawings, RFI, FCR, Method Statement, Material Submittal etc. with all the departments.

Following up with Procurement to get the LPO.

Following up with the Suppliers for the delivery of Materials.

Responsible for the completion of all work necessary to honor contractual obligations or other undertakings to the client in respect of final handover.

Conducting inspections with QC and consultant to get the work approved.

Preparing schedule for outstanding works.

Coordinating with client to solve site (quality/safety) issues if any.

Coordinating, supporting and pushing all the subcontractors to get the work complete as per the drawings and specifications.

Following up with the Subcontractors for the submission of Method Statement, Shop drawings etc.

Attending interdepartmental meeting with project manager and project management team.

Raising Technical quires to engineering department as per the site condition.

Work as Instructed & Monitor as per the Quality Norms.

Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as per the specification.

Preparing periodical reports on the progress of work.

Maintaining the quality standards for all the works.

Attending the progress meeting and updating the status of work.
