Customs brokerage representative

-Contact customer for B1and spot clearance shipments.

-Inform the customers for requirements and charges applicable.

-Collect clearance documents from customer and handover the file to broker to proceed for clearance.

-follow up with broker for clearance progress and inform customers accordingly with the progress.

-take the invoice from broker, arrange for NAS charge memo and handover to the accounts to prepare the invoice, once prepared, handover the invoice with supporting documents to OPS to schedule for delivery at the earliest.

-contact customers for spot clearance shipments and inform the reason for hold.

-handover the documents to the customers and explain the procedure to obtain due to approval.

-once the customers obtain the approval, coordinate and follow up with airport team for clearance.

-coordinate with OPS for MOH held shipments and confirm shipments is cleared.

-assist CS with shipments held in customs with no updates.

-coordinate with airport team to get updates and resolution for shipments held in customs/ seized/ lost pkg.

-update F9 for spot and B1 shipments with feedback.

Checking emails from counterparts and customers and replying.
