I worked with prospects on designing their log home floor plans; traveled to their homes to set down and discuss their wants/needs with them; met with sub-contractors; county officials at the prospect’s property; estimated materials, ordered materials; unloaded the materials at the job site with a fork lift that could handle over 6000 pounds; customer service in plumbing, electrical, H&A parts, log home sales of material-lumber, windows, doors, stain, etc. I did General Maintenance and Repairs, whenever a client requested extra work to be performed.

Since we have been in Fleming, GA, I have worked doing odd jobs, such as installing light fixtures, cleaning ceiling fans, replacing air conditioning filters, replacing light fixtures, painting, cleaning, installing hot water heaters, installing outside lights, etc as needed for some elderly people. I work with power tools, lawn mowers, zero turn mowers, construction tools. I have done construction for over 22 years.

I drove a truck to transport Fuel & Lubricants to and from specified destinations, such as plants, offices and industrial yards, in a timely and safe manner. I maintain equipment in clean, organized and safe working condition. I had a thorough understanding of all equipment to be operated, such as pumps, hoses, nozzles, and Smart Truck software.
I was able to lift and carried long hoses for dispensing product at customer locations. I maintain driver logs per state and federal regulations. I maintain compliance with DOT Regulations.
I inspected the truck equipment and supplies. Such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water. I perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in-transit inspections. Each load I ensured load is locked, braced, and secured. I understood the applicable procedures in all delivery process. I inspected tank inventory. I checked the tanks to ensure proper delivery. I have a Class A CDL license, fueling experience, tanker and hazmat endorsement experience, basic math and reading for English comprehension skills,; highly motivated and a good disposition for understanding customer service and teamwork, able to sit, stand, walk and can lift and move 40 – 60 pounds or more.
