Review of incoming raw material inspection status and communication to supplier and calling for discussion and closing the raw material related issues. Getting CAPA from the raw material suppliers(TATA,TI,BHUSAN,PENNAR,SURESH STEEL STEELS,JINDAL ETC)

Review of sub contractor material inspection status and conducting meeting with the sub contractor in case of any issues. Getting CAPA from sub contractors.

Auditing sub contractors and special process sub contractors (PLATING)

Auditing quality system at sub contractors and demanding them to go for QUALITY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION.
