OBJECTIVE

I wish to supplement my Social Security since I just retired this past April 2021. I would like to start around the first of the year 2022.

RN II from 08/03/2003 to 04/18/2021

Working as a RN in ICU mainly and I floated to CCU, ER, step down units and also went to some of the other hospitals within Baycare Health System. My duties included all patient care and monitoring, use of different computer systems and programs. Chart reviews, admissions, discharges to patient’s home or other facilities. At times I supervised over 2 units as Charge Nurse, went to meetings and arranged staffing for the following shift. I worked night shift 7pm to 7am throughout my employment and attended meetings during the day when required.

I started part time for 3 years then went full time as a second job to help put my 3 grandchildren in private school. My jobs were the same as working for Baycare Health except I was a Charge nurse for the last 4 years.

Monitor Tech, CNA, secretary, Insurance billing from 01/1990 to 08/1998 Worked in Med surgery ICU, CCU, Open Heart unit the last 5 year as a Technician/monitor tech, worked 2 years as a CNA on medical, orthopedic and OB/GYN. Also worked in Accounting department doing insurance, Medicare and Medicaid billing.

Roche Biomedical Laboratory (known as Lab Corp now) Secretary, courier, Office manager and Account Representative from 04/1974 to 12/1989 Last few years I worked with 8 Salesmen, covering 3 states(VA,WV,NC) I was responsible for over 600 accounts whose I made rounds every 3 months. Represented lab work and programs to physicians and the nurses, instructed nurses in phlebotomy and did troubleshooting for the salesmen. 3
