PR plan increased solar uptake by 112%.

• Continue to engage local and regional stakeholders (state representatives, local corporations, energy and environment officials and institutions, building professionals, community colleges, high schools, science centers) in community development discussions around energy efficient buildings, clean water, sanitation and environmental health projects. Created and continue to lead a unique high school fellowship to characterize surface waters contributing pollution to the Long Island Sound in order to change local pesticide policies.

Pfizer Inc, and the Pfizer Foundation, New York, NY, 1998 - 2009 Director, Worldwide Corporate Responsibility, Division of Worldwide Public Affairs & Policy Hired by Pfizer to green field five global philanthropy programs ($45M, 5 teams), lead emergency response and advance thought leadership on access to medicines within emerging markets and developing countries. • Managed a $1.2B (wholesale) product budget and $10 MM operating budget with less than 5% variance over a decade of operations. Interfaced with Directors of Finance, Accounting and Legal.

• Maintained active grants records, including budget-to-actual reconciliation, grantee expenditure report review. 990 forms and analyses as needed. Managed projects and reported on changes to budgets, use of funds and modifications to planned activities. Assisted partners with fundraising strategy.

• Achieved over $1B in net tax savings for the company by restructuring 501c3 relationships and distribution channels.
