Over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry. Spent many days shadowing my parents at their job prior to actually entering the workforce (during the summertime and any other days when school wasn't in session). Assisted with simple tasks, initially, before obtaining the complete knowledge of running of a sample department from the start of a shift until the end of the day. I speak Spanish functionally, increasing my ability to read and write it regularly. Learned the basics in Spanish 1 during high school, but grew upon it with day to day interactions and while working at IHOP.
