Planning: Establishing the time span of project execution. Preparing master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections / budgets and periodic monitoring. Scheduling and monitoring of resources. Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings. Project: Government KG School Projects in and around Doha #8Nos.

Summary: Each school has a 3450sqm area with external wall precast panelling and store room and substation Building and Guardrooms and Tank yard Building. The total school covered by precast panel boundary walls. Play Areas with Rubber flooring with play equipment, Court yard covert by fabric shade structure and floor covered with artificial grass. The external area covered with car parking areas and surrounding by landscape to make a good atmosphere for students.

Project: AL Bayt FIFA2022 Stadium Energy Centre Project - Al Khor

Summary: It consists of Lower Basement Auxiliary Pump Room, process pump Room, and 11 no of Tank area, Fire rated room, Upper Basement consist of 11Kw switch gear room, Scada Room, Transformer Room, Mechanical Room, Cop Room, G. Floor consist of chiller unit, M V Room, Generator Room. Mezzanine floor consist of office room, control room, IT Room. Roof floor consist of cooling Tower it surrounded by Tensile Fabric sheets. Floors are covers with Epoxy coated. Office Building is covered by porcelain Tile and partition walls with fibre Glazed false ceiling to maintain the STC rating with steel doors and wooden doors. Windows are Glazed Aluminium. The external area of building with connected infrastructure work such as Road, street light foundation underground drainage line connection as well as water pipeline connection to the tank. surrounding plant area provide landscape work, provide the car parking structure with interlocking pavements.

Coordinated with Project Manager, studied specification and construction procedures &exercises functional authority for all civil works and related construction activities

Summary: Industrial project proposed by partnership of OMAN ORIC&GS ENG (South Korea). Civil work cast around 40 RO Million. The company had a one of contractor constructing all civil works From Start to Finishing of Main Control Building, Admin Building (EPC Work), Process Sub Station Building, Switch Gear Building, Demi & Desalination Building. Waste Water Treatment Building. Generator Rooms Sheds are steel framed structure with pipe supported foundation and Machinery Foundation. Accountable to make the site ready for construction and do necessary survey work prior to excavation. Excavation works are carried as per specification and follow the HSE safety precaution.

Monitored all building for concerting, finishing (plastering, painting, floor finish, terrace finish, floor finish, wall panelling in demi & desalination build-raised floor work)

Liaised with QA/QC department, QS department, with client for approval of all work-related items, assisting procurement for material approval

Project: Oman Residence Building – Muscat

Summary: It’s a residential as well as commercial project, consisting of Basement 2 + G+7+Penthouse.This Building consisting 66 room apartment building and ground floor having shopping mall with gymnasium and indoor kids playing area. The project involves the construction of RCC framed building basement built to a retaining wall structure including 800mm CFA piles for permanent shoring. Total build up area was 30,000m2 areas with finishing work Tiling, floor finish with marble, Door frames are made with teak wood, windows are Aluminium class window, interior false ceiling work with centralized A.C unit with OTIS Lift facilities. External walls are finishing with texture paints, Interior walls are finished with Emulsion paints, Car parking floors are finished with Epoxy anti-slip paint.

Liaised with sub-contractor like pile foundation, waterproofing, concrete plant, lab test report, dealing with client engineer regarding with inspection, drawings, put RFI for client’s reference, QA/QC department, procurement of material for site work, Material approval from client

Project: VIP Bausher Villa at Height- Muscat

Summary: It’s a residential VIP villa project with Basement +G. floor+1st floor+ penthouse+ Gate House+ staff quartets (Minister Villa). External finish with Marble wall cladding. Internal finishes were carpet and marble and ceramic floor finish. Suspended ceiling with gypsum board finishing, internal walls are gypsum panel and wood finishing. Landscaping surrounding areas with Palm Trees and Garden trees, Grasses with Bushes.

Acted as a Construction Manager and assisted the Project Manager for project related all site work

Project: The Residence Phase III Project in Burj – Dubai

Summary: The construction on the 27 to 42 storied multi towers project around 340,000 sq. meters and the project also includes construction of58 town houses and villas and associated podium parking and landscaping. Podiums consisting of 2-basement floor are car parking and 2 levels are villas and commercial area. The 6 residential towers are connected by Podium the total area was 6000SQM.The towers range from 27 to 42 storied high and cost around USD 400 million.

Reviewed total podium work, include excavation, pile treatment, water -proofing, structural work, pre cast hollow core slab erection using mobile crane, finishing work plastering elevation pre cast panel erection, controlled various sub-contractors, date to date work progress, planned& implemented daily activity to sub-contractors dealing with structural and architect clients engineers

Project: Construction of Staff Quarters Villa (MOEA) – Riyadh

Summary: It is Government staff Quarters project. Total built-up area 100,000 SQM having 65 singles storied Quarters. Isolated foundation using M-20 concrete Exterior walls are constructed by Hollow Blocks, Interior walls are Gypsum partition, and Floors are Ceramic tiles. Provided Flush Doors for all room, Windows are Aluminium Frame with Floated Glass. Interior walls are finish with Plastic Emulsion Paint; Exterior walls are finish with Tiles.

Project: Ductile Iron Drinking Water Pipe line Project – Buraidha

Summary: Project length was 35 km. It’s a Drinking water Distribution line project from treated water plant to distribute to residence. The Ø of Pipes is 600mm, 300mm Ductile Iron Pipes and the Ø of 300mm, 100mm CPVC Pipes Laid with 2m depth, filling with Sand above and Laying Sub-base material. Then vibrated the base and checking with local authority and finished with Asphalt Layer to renovate the main Road. The pipes are cleaned using chlorine and pressure tested.

Prepared quantity of material required for the project Masonry work, concrete work, woodwork, shuttering work, bar pending work, labour force; checked reinforcement, marking foundation with levelling instrument, and preparing schedule of work
