• Graduated from Santa Fe High School in 2015 with a cumulative GPA of 2.75. My senior year I was awarded academic honors for basketball. On top of my involvement with sports I was involved with two other groups. One was a student peer mediation group and the second was a student self relief group. Both groups were highly centered around student conflict resolution.

• Bachelors- Business Economics (Graduated December 2020) Studied at Nee Mexico State University. From 2015 to 2020 I was an Economics major finishing school with a 2.4 GPA.

Experience

• Yellow Bird Services (October 2020, Currently Employed)-Office Associate My main responsibility is to assist our customers in applying for the New Mexico State Solar Tax Credit. This requires that I use smart sheet to create a profile for each customer and I then create a folder in our database to place all of the necessary paperwork. I fill out the application from EMNRD by gathering information from our database. When a sale is made I also create an invoice that follows Section 3.3.14 of the ECMD application provision packet, my invoice is itemized and only shows costs related to Solar systems and labor. After I fill out the application I then gather supplementing documents. A property record for each home, an itemized invoice, an addendum to show unit costs and margins, a solar design for each array, a copy of the BCA tag showing that a final inspection of the array was done, Permission to Operate form from the customer’s utility if one of provided, interconnection 3

agreement from the utility company, and lastly a solar disclosure from provided from the State department to show financing information from the purchase of a solar system. I am the only employee at our office to maintain our hundreds of customers applications and I alone create and gather all the proper documentation. Once each application is complete and all documentation is gathered I will get the applications signed by each customer and then each application is signed by our owner Rocky Bacchus. I will assist the customers in any way possible to get the application signed by them. This can include driving to them personally, mailing them, or emailing. We understand the importance of the tax credit to our customers and Rocky guarantees each customer we will assist them to get the credit. We also understand that some people need the credit to refinance their systems, or use the credit for personal expenses. Our customers receiving the tax credit is a high priority and can be a long process so this is my daily and first priority.

• I am currently working as an office administrator to enter task pay. Service titan is what we use as an interface to schedule work and collect payments. Our owner decided to pay our technicians and servicemen based on what they complete not how long they out working or hourly. We are using service titan to manually dispatch, arrive, complete, and schedule jobs. A team of people at Yellow Bird was selected. I was one of the 6 selected. I am now working to essentially ensure all invoices from jobs are correct, that pictures are uploaded from jobs to ensure they were complete, dispatching, arriving, completing jobs, and I also keep in constant communication with the servicemen and technicians throughout the day to ensure the jobs are being done. When they arrive back at the office I collect the sheets they use to enter codes for what they did and I verify they were completed then enter the codes for the invoices to be made. This ensures a better process for payments and job completion.
