In June 2009 I won an internal contest and became Sales Organizational Development Supervisor in charge of career and succession planning and the development of the field sales force. I implemented a Sales School for 200 employees nationwide with 16 internal trainers and a total of 8 modules which were determined by a 360 assessment of competency profiles of the field sales force positions. Delivered over 10,600 training hours each year. In November 2011 I was appointed Sales Special Project Supervisor in charge of Change Management and Communication Strategy for Sales Projects. I teamed up with HR to design the Organizational Innovation Project. I was responsible for Competency Modeling, Job Profiling, Employee Profiling, Fit Gap Analysis, Career & Development Planning, Position Valuation & Salary Structure, Performance Assessment and Compensation Initiatives, Organizational and Human Resource Strategic Planning, and Process Improvement. I was in charge of implementing the Deloitte & Touche Organization Performance System “OPS” which is a Competency - Based Human Resource Management System, I lead several implementations in Ecuador and was nominated as the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Champion on this matter.
