I was responsible for Competency Modeling, Job Profiling, Employee Profiling, Fit Gap Analysis, Career & Development Planning, Position Valuation & Salary Structure, Performance Assessment and Compensation Initiatives, Organizational and Human Resource Strategic Planning, and Process Improvement. I was in charge of implementing the Deloitte & Touche Organization Performance System “OPS” which is a Competency - Based Human Resource Management System, I lead several implementations in Ecuador and was nominated as the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Champion on this matter.
