DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3) Follow with supplier for compliance statement, Technical data sheets and test reports for review and submission of Material submittals as per project requirements for approval of Consultant and Client. 4) Preparation of Method statement, Project schedule and Manpower utilization schedule.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for system Design review/coordination’s, installation, Testing and Commissioning and handing over of the project.

Liaise with local authorities for the approval of MEP systems/drawings.

Review the progress with respect to project program on regular basis and highlight the areas of concern.

Resolving the queries of the contractors on the design issues in coordination with design office.

Review of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting and LPG system shop drawings & Material submissions submitted by contractors against contract drawings, local authority regulations and standards.

Ensure that the Contractor has submitted the Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) prior to starting the relevant activity.

Inspection of material delivered at site, supervising and performing site installation inspection of HVAC system, Domestic water system, drainage system, LPG system and Fire protection System in compliance with contract requirements, shop drawings, local authority regulations, standards and good construction practice.

Ensure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non Conformance Report (NCR). All NCRs shall be coordinated with the PM/Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

Assisting the QS and planner for monthly progress, monthly payment and full involvement in variations raised by contractor.

Attend weekly progress and technical meetings for the site coordination and review progress of work.

Prepare the logs, daily reports, Maintain records of inspection made, test performed, work executed etc.

Review As-Build drawings, operation & maintenance manuals and preparation of Handing over Documents

Witness pre-commissioning & commissioning activities to ensure full compliance with project requirements.
