Job Responsibilities

• Survey setting out with Total Station.

• Leveling and Column layouts

• Shifting of control points to higher floors using plummet.

• Joint Inspection with Consultants.

• Leveling with Dumpy level at any stage of shuttering, steel works and concrete pouring.

• Profile and cross sectioning of areas covered by site construction area to determined portion to be cut for excavation of 3rd, 2nd and 1st basement.

• Checking the cross section for as built drawings.

• Lay-out and setting out of vertical and horizontal alignment of concrete column, Footing, Slabs, Wall, Windows, Ramp & other concrete structure.

• As-Build all structure facilities based on design plan such as: footing column, other revised structure.

• Establishment of vertical control points for fixed reference using Total Station.

Academic Qualification

• Plus Two (Board of Higher secondary Education, Kerala, India) Technical Qualification

• Diploma in Advanced Surveying with Total Station from the ‘V’ Institute. ISO Certified, Kerala, India.

• Diploma in Quantity with Building Estimation from the ‘V’ Institute. ISO Certified, Kerala, India
