Professional Experience

Doug Wilson - Independent Consultant January 2018 – present Provide and maintain business consulting and office administrative services:

I provide support services covering a variety of areas of business operations: office administration, book keeping, payroll, maintenance work scheduling, and home project coordination.

Services provided to both partner businesses and individual/home owners on an as needed bases. CTDI – Communications Test Design Inc. December 2012 – November 2017 National Program Manager – 3rd Party Warehouse & Logistics Service Provider

I maintained overall accountability for National Warehousing and Logistics Operations covering multiple sites and inventories across Canada. Oversight included development and implementation of several layout, process and productivity improvement initiatives driving branch KPI’s to consistently achieve near perfect levels.

I Relocated and performed the Branch Manager role at the Tier 1 location while maintaining the National Program Manager role for the final 14 months leading up to and during the W&D Program decommissioning phase. During this period, areas of responsibility consistently achieved top quartile companywide P&L performance results.

I facilitated and participated in discussion and presentations to communicate/educate Supply Chain work programs and processes to Internal and External Clients.
