Achievments

- Faz Company (Construction Project):

• Supervising the construction and finishing work of the engineering college in Al Zaytooneh University. The college includes 4 buildings. Each Building includes 2- 4 levels.

• Providing technical construction advise for the contractors and the subcontractors, crafts people and operatives

• Complete and supervise the finishing works of the Engineering colleagues; this includes: painting, electrical, mechanical, waste & drinking water networks, false ceiling, aluminum and steel works…. Etc.

• Building a playing theatre. The work included the following: designing, shop drawings, writing full BoQ (mechanical, civil and electrical), and implementation of the work.

• Approving the completed work and make sure that it is matching with the technical specifications in the terms of material quantity and qualities.

• Setting out, levelling and surveying the site

• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.

• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

- Faz Company (Water Network Project):

• Supervising the construction and installation a full waste and drinking water network in Gaza camp Jerash. The work includes 4 zones in the camp.

• Conducting the needed tests to guarantee the work efficiency.

• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.

• Supervise the installation of the main, secondary and tertiary network to the household connection.

• Producing and checking the contractor invoices and approving them.

- International Relief and Development (Waster Water Project)

• Supervising the installation and the construction of the waste water network in Za’tari camp (black water). The network was implemented to start the preparation for building a full waste water networks connected with a waste water treatment plant.

• Supervise contractor’s implementation of wastewater management systems in per-urban communities

• Field verification and correction of approved wastewater assessment and typographical maps

• Verify compliance of all excavation and installation works to wastewater management system unit design (e.g. verifying final elevations, slope and layout of all installed pipelines, inspection boxes, cleanouts and precast reinforced concrete tanks)

• Verifying compliance of all excavation and installation works to standards of interim wastewater management (IWWM) design summary, established excavation and pipe and concrete tank installation practices

• Verifying that all testing procedures prescribed in the IWWM design summary are executed properly and all results directly verified and summarily recorded

• Verifying that contractors and workers conduct all implementation works in a reasonable and safe manner, abiding by the UNHCR and IRD safety procedures and following all standard safety protocols for construction zones

• Verifying that conduct of contractors and workers are consistent with UNHCR and IRD code of conduct for Za'atari Camp

• Communicate with UNHCR engineers and any other NGO’s engineers

- International Relief and Development (Shelter Project):

• Finalizing the rehabilitation/installation of the WASH facilities for 25 vulnerable households in Karak and Tafeleh.

• Finalizing the civil/mechanical/electrical rehabilitation for 25 vulnerable households.

• Ensure completion of works as per the project’s specifications and best practice within the agreed timeframe.

• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

• Keeping a record of manpower, equipment and machinery on the site.

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

• Keeping a log book, a record and document filing of all performed activities.

• Coordinates with the local officials, local governmental focal points and households’ residents.
