-Developed short and long-range plans, in addition to all contingency operational plans and resolved issues related to wartime planning that included close coordination with local Korean military units that greatly enhanced installation security. -Developed procedures for operating the installation emergency operations center to coordinate activities for six installations spread out over 70 miles that resulted in achieving an exceptional rating during IMCOM’s anti-terrorism inspection.

-Coordinated with union leadership resulting in zero unresolved issues and excellent relations.

-Developed and executed a public affairs program with the surrounding city, county, and with senior government officials resulting in a community relations program that received recognition from the 8th Army Commander as the example for other Korea installations.
