Night Shift Loadout Supervisor / Maintenance Tech/Chemical Operator

*Responsibilities include the safety, and wellbeing of the crew along with a productive shift. Conducted safety (JSA), workplace exams, and assignment duties before each shift. Assisted customers with issues that arose, did silo soundings twice a shift (measurements), responsible for keeping the silos full and flowing debris free.

* Assisted at the dry plant by asking and watching how the rate (Ton per hour) flow was entering the bucket elevators, temperature of the dryers, and the loading of sand (buckets) into the hopper.

*Responsibilities include monitoring the control board as we produce coated sand assuring all chemicals are within specs, make proper changes to the receipt as needed. Collect process samples as directed, clean mixers, handle Resin coated sand waste, and chemical waste. Track waste generation collection into proper disposal containers. Ensure proper labeling of recovered materials and waste streams.

*Make Rotex screen changes and cleanout of process equipment as needed. Connect/disconnect and move drums and totes of raw materials. Monitor process conditions and product quality based on samples and feedback from quality control to maintain the quality of the product being produced. Monitor the performance of equipment and provide feedback on equipment issues.
