Project managed and upgraded the design/construction of Jwaneng Conservation Park Botswana - an extensive cultural Park that won special acknowledgement by the Holcim Awards Jury in 2005 as a distinguished Conservation Project for its preservation of natural bio-diversity and seamless integration of a park and cultural buildings.

Project managed/upgraded the design & construction of the Jwaneng Transit Terminal - A major bus terminal along the Trans-Kgalagardi Highway that links Namibia, Botswana and South Africa.

Project managed the construction of the Jwaneng Nurses Flats Botswana - Condominiums for the housing of medical staff

Project managed rehabilitation/preservation of several National Heritage Buildings - Public Buildings (built in 1834) housing the Guyana Parliament and St George’s Cathedral (world’s tallest timber church - built 1893

Successfully re-established the Civil Engineering/Construction Department at a major Engineering Firm, and effectively managed the commencement and completion of 2 major multimillion dollar Marine Facilities.

Successfully re-designed & implemented the improvement in production of low-cost mass-produced houses for a Low-Income Housing Provider (Habitat for Humanity) whilst coordinating its construction activities, and training its Technical Officers.

Provided Architectural Consultancies: design and supervision of Public Buildings, including all grades of Schools (nursery, primary & secondary), Health/Community Centers, and other Commercial Buildings, from concept to completion

Accumulated substantial experience in government and donor agencies policies, through fiscal and strategic planning consultations at executive levels for many years.

Successfully mitigated through proposals/designs to damaged buildings constructed by Habitat for Humanity (Guyana) Inc. and facilities owned by the British High Commission; in the aftermath of the 2005 National Flooding Disaster in Guyana.

During 2009 - 2012 under the portfolio of Town Architect, I managed the maintenance and upgrade of several public facilities; 4 Schools, 2 Multi-purpose Halls, a high scale Gymnasium, 4 Medical Clinics, an Abattoir, Central Business Area Malls, an international Highway Transit Terminal, and a national Orphanage.

As Principal Architect of a mining Town, and Estate Manager and Executive Assistant at the Government of Guyana’s Central Housing & Planning Authority, I accumulated a total of seven years of direct practical experiences in urban planning and management.

I am presently a Consultant for the Government/IADB Security Sector Program (Citizens Security Strengthening Programme) CSSP- Design and supervision of the Rehabilitation of 5 Police Stations in Guyana.

During 2016-2018, I was a part time Lecturer in Measurement & Costing and Building Services at the Faculty of Engineering & Technology- University of Guyana

I am presently the Team Leader with an International Consultancy Group that designed and is supervising the 5MUS$ Faculty of Health Science at University of Guyana, Turkeyen Campus

Aug-Dec 2021 worked with Consultants on Schlumberger WFC Laboratory upgrade, Houston, EBD, Guyana.
