I am the Leader of the Survey crew helping in the Construction of LSL 440 million infrastructure and Factory Shells development Project under Phase 3 at Ha-Tikoe, Maseru, Lesotho. The job consists of Earthworks and concrete earth Retaining Structures for the 9 Factory Shell platforms. Access road network built to asphalt standard encompassing the project area. Installation of Sewer, Water, Stormwater Electrical and Telecoms amenities to service the factory Shells. Responsibilities: -

• Establishment and maintenance of Geodetic control on the project construction site.

•Bulk Earthworks and Monitoring

• Layout setting out with Total station for all things Structural, i.e., Concrete and Structural steel.

• All Topographical Survey requirements as and when required by the Engineer.

•Attendance of daily Planning and progress meetings with other departments and liaison with Sub- contractors on-site

• Compilation of Monthly quantity reports for IPC claims.

• Daily transfer of data and field notes for the purpose of updating the As-Built registry. Topographic Surveyor Mar 2016 to April 2019

UNIK Construction Engineering (Pty) Ltd – Lusaka, Zambia Conducted field Survey operations pre and during the Construction phase of a $US 21, 9 million Water Supply Project in Lusaka, Zambia. The scope of works consisted of the construction of 10 borehole sites and pumping main used to feed water into a 32m elevated Concrete tank and a 10ML Reservoir ground tank in turn supplying a 21km distribution network together with the installation of Erf connections and water meters.

Responsibilities: -

• Establishment of Geodetic control covering the entire Project area.

• All Topographical Surveys as instructed by the Engineer.

• Layout Setting out with Total station of the Concrete Reservoirs and valve chambers. Use of GPS technology to set out the Pumping main and Distribution system pipelines.

• Compilation of reports and presentations in Technical and Progress meetings with the Client.

• Creation of As-Built drawings.

Ministry of Lands and Housing - Maun, Botswana

Performed all Survey duties at Tawana Land Board in Maun, Botswana under the Supervision of a Registered Land Surveyor during the Land Administration Procedures, Capacity and System (LAPCAS) project.

Responsibilities: -

• Execution of Cadastral, Topographical, Sectional title Surveys

• Conducting Static Surveys for establishing control points used for Cadastral Surveys.

UNIK Construction Engineering (Pty) Ltd – Maseru, Lesotho Part of a Survey crew involved in the Construction of the ZAR 106 million Metolong Downstream Conveyance System. The works included construction of a Pump station, Concrete Reservoir, Break Pressure tank and a 600DN steel pipe water reticulation. Responsibilities: -

• Establishment of control at all sites and along the pipeline route.

Zhong Gan Engineering – Gaborone, Botswana

Was part of a Survey team that was assisting in the BWP 300 million Construction of a 51Km road to asphalt standard and 80m Beam and Pier Concrete Bridge. Responsibilities: -

• Layout Setting out with Total station of the Concrete Bridge, alignment profiles for road construction, Culverts, Guardrails, Splash drains and Car parking areas

• use of optical levelling machines to monitor and control levels for layer works together with kerb and paving block installation.

•Calculation of volumes of cut/fill material.

Terrasurveys (Pty) Ltd – Gweru, Zimbabwe
