Aircraft Trainee Technician:

Responsible for performing scheduled inspections, pre-flight inspections and for carrying out aircraft maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers directives.

Duties;

Scheduling periodic inspections of aircraft.

Engine maintenance and disassembly (Air craft starter,OilFilter removal and installation etc.)

Perform basic mechanical removal and installation

Perform minor troubleshooting and/ or minor repair of air craft component and system

Storing all aircraft components away securely and safely.

Removed and Replace tires, struts, and Brakes

Cleaned, refueled, and changed oil lines in aircraft servicings.

Notified supervisors of faulty operations and defective materials.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

HAS completed three years Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Training Course, duly approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation Govt. of India

The training program, equivalent to I.C.A.O. Type II standards, comprehensively covers the subjects on Aircraft Mechanical System on heavy transport category of Aircraft.

The On Job Practical Training to coverMechanical Equipments fitted on HS -748(Avro) TurbopropTransport Aircraft at Indraprasth Institute of Aeronautics, Gurgaon.
