Managed main office network in Chicago and satellite network in Washington D.C.
Main network had 125 workstations, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Backup Server and File Server(s). Did user add/remove to AD, supported hardware (installed new servers, demoted old server, rolled out new workstations, did image updates of those workstations, demoted old workstations.
Over the time I was there we went from Windows 95 on our desktops to Windows XP, Server 2000 on our Windows Servers to Windows Server 2003/2008 and 48 port hubs linked with GBICS to Dell Poweredge Managed 10/100/1000 switches stacked with GBIC.
Firewalls were a mixture of Cisco and Sonicwall.
I did imaging of new systems with Ghost .
I worked with Active Directory ( AD ) and group policy at Appraisal Institute
Cloud Services were Box, Postini / later cloud A/V.

We used Remedy exclusively from 2014 to 2018 and then added ServiceNow/ServiceNxt as an additional ticketing system to the current day.
We routinely used AD and GP in clients domains.
All of our customers had upgrades to Windows 10 Pro and we were their main support for the OS.
We had remote access to servers, firewalls, switches, cloud services and workstations in our client's companies. We do design, install and support whatever product our clients ask for. Currently we see a big push to cloud and hybrid setups of services like Office 365 and VMware.
All Covered’s RSC configuration changed around 6 months ago and with it their SOP and metrics system. While in the process of adjusting to this change my metrics declined and I was terminated.
