Design and Manufacturing of Hydraulic presses and Machineries

Recruit, develop, and manage the supervisors/managers/coordinators of Purchasing, Operations Planning, Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping, Machining/Coating, Assembly/Test, and Maintenance for the manufacturing facility

Continually identify and manage process improvement projects. Manage inventory to meet demand while maintaining optimum levels, in cooperation with Global Materials and Purchasing Group defined parameters.

Facilitate communication among Sales, Operations, and Engineering to ensure that quality products and service are quoted, manufactured, and shipped to the customer on time.

Create and analyze reports to identify potential issues, automate processes, and reduce inefficiencies. Prepare and control operational and capital equipment budgets.
