Responsible of running the plants of 102MW, Operating of 18v50DFWartsila Engines.

Discussing with the personnel who has come for a work permits on how proper isolation to be done and how to work safe.

Engine routine checks both in control room and Engine hall. Demanding for feedbacks on task allocated to my shift members.

Joining in carrying out schedule maintenance both electrical and mechanical work on the engines.

Responsible for 100 percent power generation operation.

Implementing routine & non-routine plant schedules safely.

Optimizing Engine capacity efficiency for effective power delivery to two Cement plants.

Operating, Monitoring, Controlling process automation & service units within prescribed limits using SCADA/ HMI Applications.

Analysis technical data quickly for possible problems during operations and to Prevent downtime.

Synchronized manually and automatically six (6) tri-fuel engines in Island mode.

Proper handing and taking over procedure to ensure effective start/end of shift during shift handover/take over.

Issuing Safety work permits and reported defect during plant routine.

Attending morning meeting with both Maintenance terms and Operation term.

Operating of all engine and is auxiliaries. I. e, proper understanding of engine parameters

Having a good relationship with my shift member and the entire Wartsila staff.
