Main project: RF-ID based electronic passport

RF-ID based electronic passport is an effective and efficient method for airport security system. It provides automated identity verification, faster immigration inspection and greater boarder protection security. Electronic Passport based on Active Wave's RF-ID technology can help passengers without waiting long hours in the queues prior to their flights, as this system ensures quick verification of passenger information. Also associated finger print authentication eliminates chances of fraud.

Mini project: Biomedical Sleep inducer

Sleep inducer is a softer solution for sleeping difficulty called insomnia. It creates magnetic field, which is easily accessible by human brain. This kind of magnetic therapy accelerates blood circulation and oxygenation; there by providing people relax for a more restful sound sleep. Timer section provide 30, 60, 90 minutes of operation.

SEMINAR

Topic: Integration of Thin Film Sensors into Hard Drives.

Disk drives are the dominant secondary data storage devices for storing and retrieving digital information. One of the solutions of facilitating higher throughput data transfer has been to increase the rotational speed of HDD .Higher rotational disk speed leads to more mechanical vibrations due to the windage induced suspension in the drive. The servo control design for a piezo-electric dual-stage instrumented suspension to achieve windage vibration reduction for high tracking density recording is presented in this paper.
