LEASING EXECUTIVE – TAITZ & WOLPE

Took on all duties related to the Leasing Executive Role on the 1.2bil Portfolio. It was a half day consulting position. REASON FOR LEAVING: WANT TO GET BACK TO CORPORATE AND A PERMANENT POSITION TRANSACTION MANAGER ON THE ABSA PORTFOLIO AT BROLL – CRES DEPARTMENT

• Responsible for the following Provinces, i.e. Johannesburg South, Johannesburg North, Mpumalanga, Limpopo

• Role required all leasing to be in line with expiry.

• Responsible for all negotiations related to leases within my Region

• Responsible for all new branch deals as directed per mandate

• Attend and maintain good working relations with Landlords, within the Bank and related service providers.

• Manage staff

• Prepare, report and attend all Province related meetings i.e. Project Meeting. Retail Business Banking, Ops meeting, Board Meetings for new and renewals deals, one on one meeting with Legal providing input and finalising/resolving any disputes

• Networking. Keeping abreast with Legal Updates, Market Trends etc.

• Prepare and present budgets and forecasts in line with mandate

• Provide Savings Reports

• Provide Leasing Status Reports

• Provide Fee Reports

Total of eight stores were under my supervision.

Ensuring the Spur Standards where maintained

Doing Instore detailed Shop Reports and scoring the store. Ensuring Training procedures are maintained.

Ensuring Staff and Management carried out their duties timeously and correctly Afternoon and Evening VIBE Reports.

This was to ensure the customer service levels were of good standards. Food of good quality and correct quantity.

• I had 6 stores to under my supervision. Three were based in Durban, 2 in Gauteng, and one in Bloemfontein.
