In ****, I graduated from Cal State University, Bakersfield. I received my B/A Degree. I have a major in Liberal Studies and a minor in Child Development.

I worked at Kmart for nine years. I was a cashier that handled customer service and the register. I used the RMU machine to label and stock shelves. I assisted in the main office with paperwork and work related issues on the computer. Our store closed and liquidated, March 2017. Currently, I work for PAL, as a courier that picks-up and delivers specimens of blood and urine to our labs for processing. I worked as a substitute as a Specially Funded Clerk Position, which required me to locate reports and complete the daily attendance through Complete Schools Computer Program. I assisted with new students with their enrollment. I accommodated the teacher as an Instructional Aide in the classroom. I assisted the Group Vice President with the monthly and annual reports.

When, I was promoted to Assistant Manager of one of the branches. My responsibilities included cash deposits, court appearances for delinquent accounts, and I traveled to different customer’s homes to evaluate their home appraisals and to collect on their payments.

During my position as an Insurance Agent with Allstate Insurance Company, I maintained accurate records, files, and other documentation for my customers. Daily, I researched and I handled quotes for new potential cliental. I made cash deposits for customers’ payments. I prepared reports, I handed out brochures and insurance materials to customers, and I assisted with new insurance transactions.
