Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Lockheed-Martin Technology July 1985 - Aug. 1995 Led high performing engineers and project managers in budget development, execution plan and implementation of high technical test equipment (vibration, thermal, optical, laser and gas delivery systems) used to environmental stress screen to verify correct product test levels and to evaluate the product designs and capabilities.

• Developed and then implemented procedural testing and build enhancements to align with product technology.

• Conducted vibration and thermal surveys and analyzed the data to produce ESS profiles (in accordance with MIL-STD- 810D) and performed complex design analysis.

• Wrote program plans for ESS production and development.

• Designed, built, installed and certified HPU, pneumatic and electro-mechanical systems.

• Designed mechanical systems utilizing CAD/CAM tools for static and dynamic environments in commercial and military applications and analyzed (using nodal analysis) the results for specification verification.
