Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan daily morning site visits across project sites to ensure health and safety measures are in place before works begins.

Carry out safety Orientation briefing for all incoming staff, visitor, participate in Risk Assessment.

Daily checks of the plant for safety hazards (e.g., open machine guard, open control panels, etc.). and personnel behaviour.

Monitor, identify & resolve problems in timely manner and keep a high level of confidentiality.

Conduct investigation on all Accident/Near miss/First aid Injury implementation of control measures.

Develop and deliver health, safety and environmental training to employees including but not limited to induction, toolbox talks, safe working practices.
