Job Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor

Can do Quantity calculation works.

Involved in Checking and Correcting of BBS for Structural elements in Superstructure - Slab, Beam and Columns.

Structural co-ordination with Head office and contractor for the drawings.

Preparation of BBS for measurement certification.

Calculating the Quantities for Super-Structure (Shuttering and Concreting).

Involved in tracking and scheduling of drawings and Issuing to the respective contractors.

Taking Minutes of the Meeting and Sending reports.

Ability to chart out DPR.

Checking the measurements submitted by the contractors and co- ordination with the site team, Processing of Contractor bills within the stipulated time.

Preparing Monthly, Weekly and Daily report for Soil Nailing, Excavation, Piling, Pile cap, Sub and Superstructure Works by DPR.

Can handle sub Contractor and Client billing works.

Bill checking and bill certifications.

Weekly or Monthly Running Billing works.

Co-ordination with internal and external vendors.

Verification of contractor's running & final bills as per contract condition.

Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.

As per drawing can do BBS Schedule.

BOQ preparation of mini projects.

Job Responsibilities as Site Engineer

Supervision for Frame Structure Form Work, Steel Work, Pilling Work and Concrete.

Finishing Work (Block Work, Plaster, Every Kind of Flooring, Water Proofing).

Maintenance Work (Renovation work and Rework and Concrete Repair work)

Site Architectural Layout regarding Block Work, Door Windows, Floor Levels, Lintel and Stiffeners.

Coordination with Consultant and Project Manger regarding Works and Inspection.

Monitoring the Site Labours and Sub Contractors Works.

Understand GST drawings to ensure site works are carried out consequently.

Report to Project Management Team on Sub Contractor’s performances and project issues. Generate reports as required.

Assist in Preparation of field documents such as Safe working statements and risk assessments etc.

Responsible for survey works.

Execute the work with safety and quality standards.

Sourcing, Enquiries, to site Management of construction material.

Preparing Daily and Monthly Progress Reports.
