Responsibilities

• To administrate client and company Health Safety, Environment Management plan in line with client’s procedure,

Code of Practice and Legal Regulations.

• Promote "Proactive incident prevention and Safety Awareness" through HSSE induction and trainings to all

workforce, visitors, and others concern at project.

• Conduct site safety inspection in conjunction with the project HSSE plan and approved MSRA, record all visible

safety hazards including identification of violators. Peruse necessary timely corrective and preventives actions.

• Investigate all incidents, make necessary recommendations to prevent recurrence of the same and maintain all the

related records. Prepare monthly HSSE performance statistics, KPI's records maintain and forward copies to

concerned authorities.

• Coordinate and conduct toolbox meetings with foremen or site engineers to the workforce and confirm that the risk

information and safety instructions are being passed from foremen or site engineers to the workforce on a daily basis

as per the activities.

• Conduct safety meeting with the personnel, equipment operators and subcontractors in order to communicate the

recent HSSE related issues, safety flash, required precaution and awareness to improve the HSSE performance status.

• Organized emergency evacuation drill on site and provide training to promote positive HSSE culture to report Near

miss, hazard events, incident reporting and maintaining a safe and health hygiene system.

• Ensue the training is carried out for specific tasks, PTW procedures are strictly adherence to Client's PTW system

and requirements meet the terms with Clients and company's specific HSSE Plan.

• Display of safety informative specific signs, general safety signs, project HSSE performance statistics reports, safety

bulletins and company HSSE policy statement.

• Need to ensure timely of site inspection and color coding of heavy equipment, vehicles power tools, lifting gears as

per client schedule.

• Daily briefing of the site activities with area safety inspectors to evaluate and promote site safety rule adherence to

client and company HSSE policy.

• Monitor air emissions using a Multi-meter Toxic Gas Emission, Noise level using Sound Level Meter to measure

greenhouse gas (GHG’s) emissions from production plant.

• Sound Knowledge in operates Gas Chromatographic, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Flame photometer, UV

Spectrophotometer and embroiled in generally laboratory analysis of Surface water, soil, sediment, plant and animal

tissues with sound back ground on Environmental Chemistry.

• Microsoft word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint and hardware and software background
