Assists in carrying out final inspection on all manufactured completed product (Foundry product, fabricated and tractor assembling in accordance with the inspection criteria like Dimensional inspection, DPT inspection etc,).

Responsible for convening daily rejects meeting to discuss non-conformity, corrective/preventive action and appoints action nominees for the various decisions during the meeting.

Ensure that all incoming material s are inspected in accordance with the inspection criteria and is related documents

Authorized to schedule and assign work to the Laboratory Technicians, approves and corrects working practices and approves all Mechanical Laboratory, sand laboratory, Metallurgy Laboratory and Spectrometer generated reports.

● Responsible for identifying in- process non- conformance, supervising calibration, supervising the effective running of the section and the adequacy and accuracy of all Laboratory consumable Stocks Personal Skills/ Proficiency:

● Profiling, Standardization, Calibration and operating spectrometer

● Calibration of linear and temperature measuring instruments.

● Operating and servicing of universal testing machine (UTM)

● Operating brinell and Vickers hardness testing machine
