The water distribution network includes Engineering Procurement and construction of drinking water pipeline network for Al Hamra Town. Which includes 400 Km of the pipeline network. One Reservoir, Break Tank, Administration Building, Five skids mounted 21 nos Booster pumping station & SCADA system to link the networks for remote operation.

Job Specifications :-

Preparation of operation & maintenance manuals, Standard operating procedures for the electrical system of the Main Pumping Station, Area Pumping Stations & Grinder Pumping Stations.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:-

Responsible for implementing and monitoring of electrical related works at site, in addition to safety and welfare of all personnel, effective cost control and schedule control for successful completion of the project.

Ensure that the subcontractor estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.

Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

Plan the execution of all electrical related work and coordinate the work with mechanical and civil groups.

Supervise the subcontractor related resources at site and ensure timely completion of the project.

Supervise and provide engineering and technical support to all electrical work groups at site.

Ensure that daily / weekly progress of the contract is reported to the Construction Manager.

Ensure that the communication between company, contractor and subcontractors are as per the defined project co-ordination procedure.

Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.

Submit daily site reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

Coordinate with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.

Analyze all possible construction methodologies and obtain required approvals form customer prior to execution at site.

Interpret construction drawings, study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any job.

Ensure that as built marked ups drawings are originated at site progressively as construction progresses.

Calibration of all the test equipments with the standard measurements.
