Also admitted, but inactive, in the Commonwealth of Virginia and State of Wyoming Supreme Court Bar and, Utah Supreme Court Bar.

Experience:

SPECIAL AGENT, United States Department of State (1975-1981). Top secret and other compartmental clearances. Served on two-agent counter-terrorist details; in Beirut, Lebanon during that nations’ terrorist revolution and months prior to the arrival of U.S. Marines. Located one Middle Eastern group’ (“PFLP”) terrorist training facilities and monies located in several Caribbean Islands, with armed resistance.

Served in Command Intelligence Center while in law school and thereafter on the Special Assignments Staff, where I investigated the presence of Nazi War criminals in the United States (John Demjanjuk, ((“Ivan the Terrible”))(located, captured and extracted), and investigated the assassination of U.S. Ambassador Adolph Dubs in Kabul, Afghanistan, 2/14/79.

Conducted internal affairs on anyone having responsibilities with compartmentally classified information and papers. Material participation in The Iranian Hostage Crisis issue from the night of its inception. Nov. 4, 1979.

Clerk to U.S. District Court Judge

Sr. Judge Oren R. Lewis (E.D. Va.). One year Judicial Clerkship. Researched and drafted those matters pending before the court. Attended all trials and motion hearings. Observed approximately thirty civil trials and ten criminal trials as well as a plethora of motion hearings.

Associate Attorney

Richards, Brandt, Miller & Nelson. Researched and drafted legal briefs. Took and attended many depositions. Participated in proceedings including the John Singer trial;. as well as the infamous “Baby Bank Robbers’” trials, where all three clients pleaded guilty. However, my client was acquitted. Sole trial attorney in approximately seven civil jury trials, won all of those civil trails.

Senior Partner

Firm had various name changes. Tried a total of 119 jury trials. Managed, as President of the law firm, up to ten trial attorneys. Have represented, in the past: Marlboro Man; Billy Joel; AC/DC; STYX; Janet Jackson; Madonna; and, the Wilberg Mine Fire Disaster (alleged target defendant). In Dublin Castle, Ireland, represented, with co-solicitors, a defendant in the country’s largest case in chancery (equity), allegedly in Ireland’s history; retained as Solicitor-in-Chancery. University of Virginia (taught civilian post-doctoral sub-course) as well as Operational Law at the JAG School located on campus. ABA accredited law school. Law of War JAG Officer at the Presidio in San Francisco, 6th U.S. Army HQ.

Worked, on a part-time basis, for two corporations handling contract and tort matters. Currently, in private practice and acting as General Counsel to The Barack H. Obama, Sr. Foundation President Barack Obama, the Director’s half- brother cannot assume any control of this Foundation; consequently, it is, by law, kept distant from the President.2010-2012
