I am an independent graduate with a proven record of academic success. I have achieved Golden key, two merit certificates in the year 2020 and overall passed Cum-laude. I am a hardworking, goal orientated, trustworthy, and self-motivated individual with proven leadership and communication skills. I take pride in being a dynamic, dedicated, results-driven individual with a background in HRM, employment relations and public administration. I am eager to learn and embrace new challenges. I work well under pressure and manage time effectively to ensure to always stick to deadlines. I can work in a fast-paced environment and fulfil customer needs quickly and efficiently. I am committed towards achieving high standards.

I have experience as an assistant team director, which has taught me interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills and mentoring individuals from the production. I exercise high-attention to detail to maintain accuracy and consistency in my personal performance, collaborative teamwork and on-time completion of all projects. Moreover, the experience of studying HRM taught me critical thinking abilities, team player, leadership qualities and scheduling flexibility. I consider myself to be dedicated and dependable individual who possesses excellent written and verbal skills.

I hold a Bachelor of Administration (Majors in Public Administration and Human Resource Management) and a BCom Honours in Industrial Relations from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal, in which I was invited to be a member of a Golden Key International Honour Society. Assistant Team Director (Volunteer - Part time) 1 October 2018 – 28 February 2020

My responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Assisting the director

Maintaining order on set

Supervising cast and crew members

Supporting cast in meeting their objectives

Scheduling and planning training for cast members

Represented production in events and engaging with stakeholders

Successfully conducted reports and monitoring and control projects

Maintained a 100% productive relationship with cast and crew members

Successfully mentored over 15 individuals in the production

Obtained 2 sponsorships and 3 collaborations for the production

Poll Clerk

Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) 05 May 2019 – 10 May 2019

My responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Set up polling booths

Preparing the polling station for the opening of the poll

Keep the polling station neat and tidy

Check and mark voters’ electoral numbers in the register of electors and on the corresponding numbers lists

Issue ballot papers to voters

Ensure that voters cast their votes in secret and put them into the correct ballot box

Provide assistance to voters where appropriate, including helping those that have physical difficulties in accessing the polling station

Undertake any other polling station duties on the instruction of the presiding officer
