RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES:
Using available catalogues, identify from whom item(s) can be obtained, as well as, parts or equipment identification numbers.
When supply vessel arrives and/or helicopter to deliver ordered parts and equipment, be available on deck to verify that all incoming items match requisitions and are in appropriate amounts.
Unload parts and equipment from packaging or boxes in which they are delivered and store on appropriate stock shelf.
When large orders, or commonly used parts are received, breakdown and bag into smaller quantities.
If part or equipment has been ordered by specific person, notify the individual concerned that the part is available.
As the drilling program progresses, the need for specific rental equipment ends. Go to the various work areas to identify the rental equipment. Tag it appropriately in preparation for back-loading on supply vessels for return to the rental companies with assistance from department heads.
Interact with the personnel on board to ensure that the parts and equipment being ordered and supplied are what is actually needed. Respond to the questions as to when equipment might be available.
Interact with materials department in Baku office to resolve any questions that might exist regarding the inventory being ordered.
Maintain complete inventory control of all parts and equipment available and on order.
Maintain material system on a current basis and in the proper and accepted manner including the minimum and maximum balance maintianance.
Prepare cargo manifests for all equipment from rig.
In case of fire, knows location and use of alarm systems. Understands that he has to advise the control room of fire immediately.
Maintain area of work in a clean and orderly manner, free of hazards.

RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES:
Ensure safe and compliant warehouse operations offshore. Proactively participate in safety forums, submit safety observations and stop unsafe jobs.
Secure the warehouse at all times and restrict the access to unauthorised personnel.
Daily warehouse management: material receiving, stock tracking, scrap and waste disposal, back-loads.
Regularly review obsolete and surplus parts in the warehouse and bring to the attention of Rig Management.
Maintain material tracking files for both Drilling and Production sites.
Materials issue/return according to drilling and production maintenance plans.
Cross reference and confirm materials received offshore against the Stuffing List and report any nonconformance. Notify the relevant department about the received material and issue or locate at the offshore warehouse.
Stuffing List update, preparation and distribution of 48 hours notification of received materials.
Optimize stock levels onboard by regularly reviewing the min/max quantities on the suggested reorder lists.
Maintain and update all stock and stock control related systems.
Support deck crew to allocate the received containers on the platform.
Storing materials safely in an organized manner to ensure efficient identification and retrieval.
Maintain a clean, well organized warehouse with all materials stored in a safe manner at all time. Ensure the provision of the required housekeeping standards.
