Duties and Responsibilities

Use appropriate judgement and latitude to make decisions and solve problems. Fully research solution and review options prior to making decision or soliciting feedback from others

Sets up the Planned Maintenance Program and schedules facilities. Must compile, publish, implement, and measure the planned maintenance plan for all built or installed assets.

Reviews all facility maintenance contracts/agreements and ensure terms

and conditions are implemented

Objectively evaluate employee performance and competencies that provide constructive feedback

Participate is a monthly/weekly staff meeting and coordinate safety and technical training sessions that present materials in a manner that fosters understanding and willingness to learn in orders.

Maintain operation with in approved budget.
