• Then got promoted to Sr engineer, deputy manager looking after plant electrical maintenance for polypropylene plant.

• IPCL was taken over by Reliance Industries Limited in 2004. Worked as sector electrical head for the plants PP, LDPE, LLDPE. Got promoted to Manager, Sr. Manager, General manager and finally Sr. General manager.

• Worked as maintenance manger in the LDPE plant and LLDPE plant. The position demanded for complete maintenance of the plants. Electrical, Mechanical and instrument.

• Also was part of DU PONT safety management program working for electrical safety and contractor safety management.

• Also did six sigma training with GE and completed 2 six sigma projects.

• Doing HSE audits in various sites of Reliance industries like Jamnagar refinery, Hazira refinery, Bharuch petrochemical plant.
