Accomplishments

• During an HSE audit, a non-compliant issue with API RP 2D (Offshore Cranes) was identified. After further investigating, this was a gap in the company policy fleet wide (30+ Drilling Rigs), which had to be revised. Immediate actions were taken by the entire fleet to establish compliance with BSEE regulations.

• Achieved 1,000,000 + consecutive man-hours, accumulated from (4) Drilling Rig facilities, with zero recordable incidents by introducing safety management systems with trend analysis, enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs), building safety culture, and practicing safe work ethics. Also, the team achieved a perfect annual compliance record, not receiving any regulatory (INC) s Incidents of Non-Compliance.
