JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Statutory reporting:

Preparation of annual and interim financial statements in compliance with IFRSs and other regulatory requirements.

Preparation of Concession wise accounts for submission to Directorate General Petroleum Concession

Preparation of schedules/reconciliations in support to the financial statements.

Preparing schedules/workings of provision for decommissioning cost, amortization of development and production assets.

Response to government, senate and national assembly questions/queries relating to the Company’s financial statements.

Coordination:

Regular coordination with Company’s statutory auditors, government auditors & internal audit department of the Company to ensure successful conduct of statutory audits, interim reviews and other assignments.

Management reporting:

Review of cost allocation of Overheads, indirect cost and ensure in allocation methodology.

Review and financial analysis of non-performing fields/ locations .

Teaching:

Teach Math’s and General Science in Govt High school SAM. Moreover, teach accounting to students of B.Com, (ICMA and CA intermediate level students)
