Conduct Health, Safety and Environment audits and inspections to identify system deficiencies and operational hazards and risk.

To participate in preparation of site safety plans and risk assessments as required.

Make daily inspection of manufacturing steel pipes, frame, cages, and welded tubes, to identify the deficiencies of operation construction works

Proactive role in enhancing HSE performance through identifying and reporting areas for improvement.

Keep all records and information on injuries, accident, incident, damages and construction loss. Determine the cause of accident and near misses incident and recommendation by means of preventing recurrence. Conduct weekly safety meetings with workforce to keep abreast of unsafe work conditions prevailing in the jobsite.

Conduct and perform regular HSE meetings, audits and inspections, including audits of facilities and equipment.

Ensure good housekeeping throughout the shift including proper waste management and disposal.

Conducting daily tool box talk meeting on site prior to start work Impart on-site safety advice to workers.

Implementation of personal protective equipment.

Conducting emergency evacuation plan.
