I am a qualified Quantity Surveyor with more than 22 years (15yrs in UAE

,4.5yrs in OMAN & 2.5yrs in INDIA) of experience mostly in post contract services and few months in precontract having control on contract administration matters. I have a very good track record in leading quantity surveying teams. Worked on bespoke forms FIDIC contracts for construction of Roads & Bridges, Airport, Offshore Runway and Infrastructure projects in UAE, Sultanate of Oman and India. Familiar with Standard Method of Measurements (CESMM3 and POMI). STRENGTHS

Scope of project was construction of Runway of 750m (550m offshore and 200m Onshore) and 3 number Apron to accommodate leisure aircrafts. It also included jogging track, landscaping, navigational buoys and fenders. Offshore runway structure consisting of precast beams and slab which were installed using access road build from dredged material. Revetment structure was protected with Rock Armor Completed the project with assistance of Cost clerk to manage Contractual and Commercial matters for construction of New Dubai promenade Runway project under the supervision of Commercial Manager. It was Design and Build (lump-sum contract) and was JV with M/s Laing O Rourke. Laing O Rourke scope was Engineering and providing Labor resources whereas AL-Naboodah scope was procurement of material, subcontractor and commercial aspect. As per company traditional system, procurement of material and subcontractor were from the head office while in this project it was done site office due to Joint venture project in which consent of both Contractor were involved.
